Standard Terms and Conditions
1. Service
Craft and Song is an Internet Shop only and sells music, dance, handicrafts and eco-friendly products.
2. Delivery
Delivery is by download, post or courier. Deliveries abroad are sent by economy post only. If you would like quicker delivery, the extra cost is charged separately.
3. Ordering
You can place an online – order. The order is binding if you have pressed the buy button. Please note that a legal sales agreement has been made. If one or several items are not available, we will contact you by email or telephone. At the time of ordering you will receive an approximate delivery date from us for unavailable items. On receipt of your order, you will receive an order confirmation from us.
4.Currency
Prices are shown in US Dollars and include the legally applicable taxes. The applicable prices are those stated on the internet pages at the time of order receipt.
5. Postage and Packing
For small parcels we charge USD 1.00
For parcels sent by courier we charge as per the weight of the parcel
6. Payment
You can pay using PayPal or Google Checkout
Items delivered remain our property until payment has been made in full.
7. Time of Delivery
Your order will be processed as quickly as possible. As we are dependent on our suppliers, we cannot provide fixed delivery times. Generally however, your orders will be processed within 10 days.
Please take into account suppliers’ delivery difficulties. If a delivery has already been sent and the customer nevertheless withdraws from the sales agreement, all postage & courier costs must be charged (see the section ‘Returns’).
Unopened merchandise can be returned within a week of receipt for an administration fee of 10% of the value, subject to a minimum of USD 5.00. Opened merchandise cannot be returned and are charged in full. No refunds for DVD's, CD's or digital downloads. Goods are checked on their return. We reserve the right to refuse withdrawal from purchase.
If the goods delivered by us are faulty, the customer’s warranty claims are governed by legal requirements with the provision that the customer can demand replacement. We are obliged to cover the expenses necessary for remedy, provided that these are not increased by delivering the goods to a place other than the place of fulfilment. If the defect lies with a faulty third-party product, we are entitled to assign our warranty claim against the preliminary supplier to the customer. We can only be consulted in the event of the conditions above, if the customer has taken legal action against the preliminary supplier for the assigned claims.
8. Data Protection
Secure transmission of your data and optimal protection of your private information are very important to us. For this purpose, we have taken the following measures: we will not pass on any of your data that we have taken in connection with an order. Only those places engaged in the processing of your order will be entrusted with access to data that is absolutely necessary for them: the logistics company receives your address details for the purpose of delivery of goods,
Together with the use of your details for operational processing of an order, we statistically evaluate customer data to modify our range optimally to suit needs. If customers are registered with us for information services (e.g. newsletters), we also use our database to develop special offers tailored to customer groups and to communicate these.
9. Standard Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to change our standard terms and conditions at any time. The prevailing standard terms and conditions are those published on our website.
